Conflict is neither good nor bad.

Properly managed, it is absolutely vital.

~ Kenneth Kaye

Since 2010, the Conflict Managers of Tomorrow project has fostered mutual improvement and intergenerational exchange within the Faculty of Law at Università degli Studi di Trento.

Our Goals

The Project will train a generation of settlement-oriented young professionals, equipped with a solid set of mediation and negotiation skills.

The Project will contribute to spreading the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution as the preferred alternative to court litigation.

Our Pillars

Peer Teaching

The Project favours student-centered learning through non-directive tutoring and constructive feedback.

Learning by Doing

Through role-plays and simulations, students learn to handle and resolve conflicts amicably.

Students are encouraged to build team spirit and pool their knowledge to enhance group performance.
