On the occasion of the inauguration of the new Moot Court Room at Università degli Studi di Trento, a panel of renowned academics and professionals shared their views on conflict management and dispute resolution.
The innovative purpose-build room will allow students to gain practical experience in a real-life setting, practice presenting cases in a court room, and learn how to conduct themselves in trials and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Professor Alba Graduate Business School – ACG, International Advisory Board – Global Mediation Panel, Office of the Ombudsman for United Nations Funds and Programmes, President Elect INADR), and panelists Marco Marinaro (Università Luiss “Guido Carli”, Honorary Judge – Naples Appellate Court) and Valentina Maglione (Il Sole 24 Ore). Book authors and invited speakers engaged in a conversation on various ADR-related topics, ranging from ADR education to mandatory mediation. The panel discussion was introduced and moderated by Prof. Silvana Dalla Bontà, founder and coordinator of the Conflict Managers of Tomorrow project.
