
Silvana Dalla Bontà
Project Founder & Coordinator
As an Associate Professor of Civil Procedure, Silvana directs the ADR Clinic at Università degli Studi di Trento, Faculty of Law. Since 2011, she has been the scientific coordinator of numerous initiatives to promote the knowledge and use of ADR in Italy. She has also been the coach and trainer of the student teams of Università degli Studi di Trento at the Italian Mediation, ICC International Commercial Mediation, and Italian and International Negotiation competitions. She authored several publications on ADR based on a comparative and interdisciplinary approach.

Rachele Beretta
Negotiation & Mediation Team Coach – Website Manager
Rachele graduated from Università degli Studi di Trento in 2018 and holds an LL.M. in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Washington University in St. Louis. Before completing her studies, she interned at the ICC International Centre for ADR in Paris. Rachele is now pursuing a Ph.D. in Alternative Dispute Settlement at the University of Antwerp, focusing on procedural justice in Online Dispute Resolution.

Eva Campi
Guest Lecturer
Experimental psychologist, she specializes in Human Resources Management and organizational well-being. Trainer and assessor in managerial skills, she was the HR Coordinator for a renowned Japanese multinational. Partner of a consulting company, she deals with Change Management and Cultural Change in national and international contexts through the promotion of inclusive languages and the development of emotional intelligence.

Luca De Rosa
Negotiation & Mediation Team Coach
Luca graduated in Comparative European and Transnational Law from Università degli Studi di Trento and holds an LL.M. in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Washington University in St. Louis. Luca is completing is legal traineeship in Milan, specializing in international arbitration. Luca was a member of both the ICC Mediation and International Negotiation Competition teams in 2019.

Maurizio Di Rocco
Negotiation & Mediation Lecturer
Lawyer in Venice, specialized in civil, commercial and consumer law. He started teaching Negotiation and Mediation at the Law Faculty of Università degli Studi di Trento in 2012. Consultant and trainer for various entities, he has also served as arbitrator and mediator since 1998. In 2001, he co-founded a mediation entity in Perugia. Author of several publications, he is as an expert advisor in consumer matters and legal disputes.

Corrado Mora
Negotiation & Mediation Lecturer
Corrado Mora, FCIArb, is a CEDR (London) and CIArb-Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) Accredited Mediator; he is member of the Panel of Neutrals of CAM-Chamber of Arbitration of Milan, CPR (New York), ECDR (Ljubliana), ARERA, the Chambers of Commerce of Florence and Verona, and the OVMF-Verona Bar Association. He is an accredited National and International (UN, CIArb AFL Member) Mediation, Negotiation and Mediation Advocacy Tutor/Teacher.

Jacopo Mosca
Negotiation & Mediation Lecturer
Jacopo graduated from Università degli Studi di Trento with a Master’s thesis on mandatory mediation in Civil and Commercial disputes. He is currently working as an attorney at Boies Schiller Flexner – Milan office. Jacopo is also an accredited mediator and a lecturer at the Business School of Sole 24 Ore – Master in Law and Business, with particular reference to extraordinary transactions.

Milena Mottola
Negotiation and Mediation Team Coach
Milena graduated from Università degli Studi di Trento – Faculty of Law and obtained her LL.M. with a Concentration in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Washington University in St. Louis. Milena is a CMT alumna who participated in the ADR-ODR Competition. She is now pursuing her Ph.D. at Università degli Studi di Padova and coaching the CMT international mediation team.

Federica Simonelli

A graduate from the University of Trento – Faculty of Law, specializing in comparative European and Transnational Law, Federica is a civil and commercial mediator. She is currently a research fellow at the University of Trento within the framework of the project ‘UNI4Justice‛, focusing on the implementation of court management systems, and in particular consensual instruments. She is also part of the Editorial Secretariat of the Journal ‘Consensual Justice‛, edited by Prof. Silvana Dalla Bontà and Paola Lucarelli.

Silvia Toniolo
Guest Lecturer
A graduate of Translation and Interpreting from the University of Trieste, Silvia specialized in post-graduate studies in foreign language teaching and is a trainer in cross-cultural communication. Since 2001 she has been a lecturer in German language at the Language Centre of Università degli Studi di Trento. She holds specialized translation and cross-cultural communication workshops and authored several publications in the field of language and translation awareness.

Lorenzo Zoppellari
Mediation Team Coach
Lorenzo graduated in M.Sc. in Law from Università degli Studi di Trento in 2018. During his fourth year, he took part in the ICC Mediation Competition in Paris as a university team member. Lorenzo currently works in a law firm specializing in Commercial Mediation. Since November 2018, he has been working on his Ph.D. in Philosophy of Law, focusing on legal reasoning and argumentation theories.
