Training for the 2020 Italian Mediation Competition not only gave me the opportunity to learn negotiation and mediation techniques but also to practice them with various professionals. This Project highlights an authentic and novel area of the Law, very much underestimated in other academic contexts. It is crucial for every legal scholar to have both competence and technical skills. Taking part in ADR competitions, such as the Italian Negotiation Competition, has been very interesting and useful from an academic point of view.
